Salman, known as an action hero, will feature in some spectacular action scenes as directed by Kalis and produced by Atlee Kumar. In “Baby John,” Salman will be portrayed as a fierce police officer, delivering several sharp dialogues. In this film directed by Kalis, he will appear as Varun's mentor.

Apart from Varun, the cast includes Keerthy Suresh, Wamika Gabbi, and Jackie Shroff. This film is the Hindi remake of the Tamil film “Theri.” It is set to be released in theaters on December 25.
